Babelingo makes a cameo appearance in an Apple commercial

Apple has been producing some excellent commercials promoting the iPhone since it launched. This latest round is no exception. So you can imagine my surprise when I noticed Babelingo’s icon on the screen of the iPhone used in one of their commercials.

For however brief a second you can see it in the latest iPhone commercial titled ‘Read‘ or the one that featues the sweet book app called Classics (from tap tap tap). The Babelingo icon shows up at the very begining of the commercial as the hand swipes through the second screen of iPhone apps.

Update

Babelingo also makes a brief cameo appearance in the commercials ‘Fix’ and ‘Check’.

While Babelingo 1.2 was just released we’re already hard at work on the next release. We have been working to create the Romaji and Pinyin versions of phrases but we need some help with reviewing them. If you are familiar with either Romaji or Pinyin and would be willing to review the quality of a few of our conversions please contact Babelingo support via support [at] ibabelingo [dot] com. We would be most grateful!
